LICENSE TERMS OF USE
By completing this purchase, the user declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these License Terms of Use.
1. PURPOSE AND NATURE OF THE LICENSE
The license granted to the user is individual, personal, non-transferable, revocable, and non-exclusive, and authorizes the use of the product on a single computer.
The product is delivered in digital format and will be considered consumed, activated, and delivered the moment the user’s account is linked to the MODFY download platform, or any other official system indicated to access Mapa Ceibo and its respective files.
2. RESTRICTIONS ON USE
The user is expressly prohibited, in any case, from:
marketing, reselling, giving away, sublicensing, renting, assigning, transferring, lending, or making the purchased product available to third parties, in whole or in part;
sharing the account, access, credentials, or files linked to the license with third parties;
copying, reproducing, distributing, or redistributing the product through means not officially authorized;
modifying, adapting, decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract the code, structure, or operation of the MODFY platform, the launcher, or the map;
running the launcher on virtual machines, emulators, or unsupported or unauthorized environments;
using the product on pirated, irregularly altered, or non-original versions of the game Euro Truck Simulator 2, in which case there will be no guarantee of operation or obligation for support.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT
Mapa Ceibo, as well as its files, extensions, artwork, structure, distribution systems, and other related elements, are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright legislation.
Any breach of these Terms may result, at the developer’s discretion, in:
the immediate suspension or blocking of the license;
the loss of the right to technical support, updates, and access to the product;
the adoption of appropriate administrative, extrajudicial, and judicial measures, in accordance with current legislation.
4. SUPPORT, UPDATES, AND AVAILABILITY
Technical support is provided exclusively to users with a valid and active license.
The developer may, at any time and without prior notice, modify, suspend, interrupt, limit, or discontinue functionalities of the map, launcher, website, MODFY platform, or any related system, for reasons of maintenance, security, technical updates, compatibility, or operational necessity.
Continuous and uninterrupted availability of services or functionalities is not guaranteed.
5. REFUND POLICY
As this is a digital product with individual activation, refunds will be evaluated only on an exceptional basis.
The user may request a refund within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of purchase, provided they prove a justifiable technical failure directly linked to the product that prevents its proper use and cannot be resolved by the support team within a reasonable timeframe.
A refund will not be granted, among other cases, when:
the problem stems from incompatibility of the user’s equipment;
the product has been used improperly or in breach of these Terms;
it is used on a pirated or incompatible version of the game;
the user simply decides to cancel the purchase after activation, without a justifiable technical failure.
The refund request will be analyzed by the responsible team, which may require information, screenshots, logs, evidence, or other elements to verify the reported issue.
6. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these License Terms of Use at any time.
Updated versions may be published on the project’s official channels, and it is the user’s responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the product after a modification will be considered full acceptance of the new conditions.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
Any eventual tolerance toward the breach of any of the provisions of these Terms shall not imply a waiver, novation, or loss of rights, which shall remain in full force.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable legislation in the Argentine Republic, with the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires being chosen, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply, to resolve any controversy arising from these Terms or the use of the product.
